What Makes Us Different? It's Understanding What Works and What Doesn't
In the day and age of big data - there are plenty of resources (and recruiters) who play "the numbers game." If a recruiting firm is just going to deliver you a stack of resumes - what value does that add to your hiring program?
That's not how we do it here at Karen Welling Consulting.
We get it - the wrong hiring decision can be expensive and disruptive. If you're going to take the time and energy to review the candidates we present to you - you expect we've invested the time and resources to insure it's a good fit.
- Karen will meet with you to learn about your firm's business and culture.
- When we say "all candidates are pre-screened to evaluate their fit" - we mean there's been real meetings and discussion. Our candidates have had a face to face meeting with us and we ask them a lot of questions (and not just "how much money do you want to make").
- Are they a fit for a high pressure - high reward environment?
- Is a partnership track the principal goal?
- Are they looking for a position with a work-life balance? (hey - some people do)
- Expectations are communicated proactively to insure a smooth hiring experience.
